Description of the implementation
About 80 km from Warsaw there is a picturesque village called Nacpolsk. You will find there a huge, over 25 hectares historic park, along with the remnants of the neo-Renaissance palace from the second half of the nineteenth century. The owners discussed the possibility of adapting the site of the magnificent park into the multiservice activities centered around the hotel, and therefore turned to HCG asking for help in this matter.
The scope of work included, among other things:
- research and analysis of the local market,
- description of trends in the Polish and global hotel industry – focus on the segment of “resort”
- benchmarking – a case study of objects that have achieved success in the market,
- developing and operating budgets description of the first two years of the center operation,
- development of two business concepts,
- recommendation of the optimal investment business model,
- the framework for the presentation of products and services,
- proposals for architectural solutions,
- proposals for the concept of interior design as part of optimizing processes and costs.
