Description of the implementation
Silesia, which is the largest Polish agglomeration, is still struggling with the excess of demand over supply of top class catering services. Untapped potential for consumption of one of the richest regions in the country leaves much room for operation of the new facilities. HCG supports the investment process aimed at restoration of the iconic Przystań restaurant, located in WPKiW in Chorzów – the largest urban park in Europe.
The HCG action aimed at harnessing the vast potential of the property’s location are conducted so that the planned catering facility in the future offer its guests not only standard services, but also other – complementary attractions for them. These attractions include: mini-brewery, a patisserie serving pastries and ice cream prepared according to traditional recipes, organizing MICE type events in professional conference rooms located on the second floor of the building.
Stage 2 of cooperation with the Investor included:
- research and analysis of the local market,
- creating the concept of the market,
- business plan,
- predictions of the operating budgets for the first 3 years of operation,
- architectural consultations.
