Description of the implementation

Farmona Hotel is a property with a well-established position in the Cracow market. Intimate hotel with a beautiful garden, a very good restaurant, and above all the unique SPA is a place willingly chosen not only by tourists but also residents of Cracow. Dynamically evolving market, increasing competition and the expectations of guests led the accommodation owners to cooperate with HCG.

The aim of this cooperation was the revision of several months of the current business of the hotel, and consequently improvement of its performance. The following activities were carried out:
