Description of the implementation
HCG had the pleasure to create a service concept for the new hotel, which over the next few years will appear nearby Warsaw. The first phase of cooperation with the Investor consisted a development of a model of service, preceded by the relevant market analysis, and preparation of budgetary forecasts and business plan in several variants.
On the basis of these studies Investor has decided to implement the considered investment and currently together with the HCG is looking for an optimal property. Parallel talks are underway with selected architectural offices, which aim to identify a future designer for the project.
