Last weeks have passed very quickly which is no surprise if you think of the Podzamcze investment’s scale. We have prepared a complete business idea for the investment in Ogrodzieniec which gained the Client’s approval. Proud of the results, we are happy to present the key elements of the business plan below.

We are planning to bring new quality to the hotel industry in Poland. We decided not to build another 4-star hotel & conference center and offer a unique design hotel instead. We wanted to especially emphasize the extraordinary location of the hotel and decided that the offer will include a SPA & Wellness Center. Interior design and infrastructure are going to be based on the newest technological and design solutions. We are going to offer a new standard of services on the Polish market and set new trends promoting our design hotel. What we propose, is a new definition of comfort, prestige and innovation.

We cannot wait for the grand opening but a lot of work is ahead of us. We will back soon with more news.
