Inquiry from the Investor

A couple of days ago, we received an inquiry from an Investor, owner of a building lot in a very attractive location. The property is situated at the highest point of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland in the vicinity of the castle ruins in Ogrodzieniec. The building situated on the land, in its raw state, used to house a weather station. In 2009, the Investor decided to open a hotel on the purchased land. The second part of the building was to be constructed according to an utterly different architectural design. Due to the fact that the Investor feared potential complications related to the untypical natural surrounding and was not confident in undertaking such a large-scale project on their own, HCG Investment was asked for help and support.

We are truly excited about preparing the business plan for this hotel investment. In addition, we have to consider all the pros and cons of the architectural plan, analyze all potential problems and provide technological and strategic solutions. Plenty of work ahead of us but we feel that this is an ideal opportunity to open a new era in the Polish hospitality industry.
