Credit application development

The Podzamcze project has been moving on fast. This week, we developed and submitted the credit application for financing next stages of the design hotel construction. It is worth mentioning that acquiring resources for such an impressive investment requires profound knowledge in various fields of law, finance and business. The loan agreement has to take into consideration all potential future events and their consequences and remains effective for many years. The application has to be thus prepared very carefully and precisely. We did our best to prepare it and now all we can do is wait for the bank’s decision.
