Description of the implementation
Our another project in Zakopane. As a result, we are becoming closer with the local market. This time our client was the Tatra National Park. Facing an investment fix, they turned to us with a request to perform the potential profitability analysis of the project. Therefore, the subject of our study was usage possibilities of the property, which is located in a very attractive tourist location. Then, for two initially recommended service options, we have made a detailed financial analysis, through which it was possible to determine the return on investment and identify the optimal course of action.
