Description of the implementation
The long-awaited unique investment on the Polish coast – Baltic Hotel Palace in Pobierowo – truly enriched the hotel offer of the Western Pomerania. We are proud to announce that we had our own contribution to this unprecedented project. This modern, bold and technologically advanced, yet comfortable and boutique hotel is a family investment at the highest level.
We accepted the invitation to cooperate with pleasure and supported the Investor with our expertise and experience. In the framework of fruitful and full cooperation of professional satisfaction, we took part in the activities such as:
- Conducting comprehensive staff recruitment and training,
- Development of procedures and operating standards,
- Co-creating service offerings and positioning strategy,
- Formation of pricing strategy,
- Support in equipping and furnishing of the facility,
- Development of gastronomic offer and the SPA,
- Group and individual sales organization,
- Support in the process of obtaining the use permit and classification of the hotel.
