Description of the implementation
The “Zielonym do Góry” restaurant’s success turned into an offer of opening a restaurant in one of office blocks under construction in Cracow. The greatest challenge was to create a concept that would combine features of a restaurant and an office canteen. The most important thing was to ensure high efficiency of preparing and serving meals during lunch time and to create a cosy and attractive place at the same time, far from what the employees of most office buildings are used to. The concept’s crucial point was also the fact that the restaurant was to be open 7 days a week, including afternoons and evenings.
