THERE WAS SOME ACTION GOING ON! – COMPLETION OF PROFIT HOTEL 2013

On the 12th December 2013, VIII Forum of the Hotel Market ‘Profit Hotel’ took place. Market specialists spoke out on the most important topics associated with starting and running a hotel.

While discussing four subjects, the following issues among others were raised: how to communicate effectively with customers, the modernization of the hotel, and franchise or development of the Polish market. HCG CEO Mirosław Włosik participated in the final panel discussion entitled “When will it be better – the prospects for the hotel industry.” Along with other speakers, it was debated where and how to invest in difficult times, and showed the direction of development of the hotel market in the coming years.

Very popular and organized for the first time was Business Speed Dating, which was a pleasant surprise for the organizers. At the end of the Forum, Profit Hotel Awards 2013 took place.
