Earthworks

All construction works have already begun. The majority of workers were engaged in earthworks aimed at preparing a suitable excavation for the foundation. It would be a regular procedure but the fact that the property is situated on the rock made it more complicated. Bedrock is not easy to treat and for this reason this phase of construction works appeared to be more time-consuming than in standard conditions.

We have attached pictures of the present state of the access road that will have to be taken care of shortly. Challenges awaiting us are as big as these sublime rocks but we do not lose our enthusiasm and already think about taking further steps in the Podzamcze investment.
