Description of the implementation
The culmination of fruitful cooperation at the investment stage was signing by HCG the long-term management agreement. On its basis, the operator’s activity is conducted, which includes Aparthotel with the restaurant, SPA facilities, conference rooms and garage. The facility officially welcomed first guests at the beginning of April 2017.
