Description of the implementation
Successful cooperation with a property developer at an aparthotel investment near Nowa Łódź Fabryczna resulted in another project – a 200-room economic class hotel in the vicinity of Manufaktura shopping centre. Analyses of the market, local competition, development opportunities and the property’s potential were a basis for working out a detailed business model of the future hotel. An original concept was created, together with a financial forecast and a budget model for the investment.
Marchewka Studio from Łódź is the author of the visualisation and design project.
