Description of the implementation
Our cooperation with the Investor, which has started in 2011 will be continued. The initial concept, which we created for their private use, this time had to be modified in a professional business plan, being a basis for bank financing for the planned investment.
The scope of the order included:
- research on the current potential of the hotel market,
- local competition studies,
- creating a full business plan
- creating operating budgets for the first three years of activity of the facility,
- description of the investment schedule,
- prepare an application for a bank loan.
We hope that the activities undertaken by us will contribute to the successful application for the loan for this interesting investment in the four star hotel with the conference room and catering facilities.
