Description of the implementation
Majestic and fancy Castle in Moszna with over a hundred years of tradition in 1972 was converted to Neurosis Treatment Center, which operates on its premises until today. Due to the size of the property and the land belongs to it there is also a hotel, which mainly serves NTC customers. Several years ago the authorities of opolskie voivodeship established a special purpose company, which task was to adapt the building for hotel purposes to run it with the support of EU funds. HCG has been asked to critically analyze the enforceability of the business plan and its eventual correction.
HCG scope of work for this project included the following activities:
- analysis of the fundamental objectives of the business plan,
- development of objectives for market positioning of the property,
- notes on the adopted architectural solutions,
- developing optimal and functional objectives of the building,
- analysis of the prepared operating budgets,
- create the initial objectives for operating budgets,
- create the operating budgets for next two years of running the hotel in the version assumed by the Customer and recommended by HCG
- comparative analysis of the two budgets,
- recommendation of the optimal business model.
