Description of the implementation
Long preparations of our original restaurant project underwent into the final phase. Recent tastings, recruitment and training of personnel, as well as intensive promotion turned out to be (as expected) the time of very hard work. However, on the very first day, great interest and satisfaction from our guests became the source of great professional satisfaction for us. Now, we have to take care of the high level of our restaurant and permanently fit into the restaurant market of Cracow.
