Description of the implementation
Once again, we were entrusted with a task of preparing a hotel for its opening. It meant recruitment of full staff – from manager to serial staff – development of work procedures and standards, training, preparing and carrying out marketing activities, carrying out all implementations and – what is the most enjoyable – preparation and conduct of the opening event. It was a good job.
