Description of the implementation
Once again, we were placed in a position where we were facing a challenge of developing a strategy for an operating hotel with a problem of inefficient service structure. Analysis of historical data, research of the local market potential and analysis of development opportunities allowed us to work out an optimum development concept which would enable us to improve the profitability of this business significantly. Our plan is supported, by all means, by a financial model containing detailed revenue and cost forecasts for a 15-year period. An important element of the concept was a new brand positioning strategy.
The next step will be to proceed with formalities related to the planned development on the one hand and on the other hand to restructure current operations in order to improve operational efficiency, and to start the rebranding process.
