Description of the implementation
Karkonosze is the highest mountain range of the Sudety and also in Czech Republic, belonging to the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves. In terms of hotel services, in many places of this unique region its huge potential is still not fully used. An investor who came to the HCG saw a gap in the market and decided to carry out a large investment financed by condo system.
Our tasks included:
- studies of the market potential of the real property owned by the Investor
- indication of errors in the existing architectural assumptions
- development of an optimal functional structure of the building
- studies on competition in the field of hospitality and complementary services (gastronomic, spa and MICE)
- developing the concept of the business model and market positioning
- benchmarking
- development of the framework schedule of marketing-plan
- commercialization plan
- operating budgets for the first 10 years of operation of the facility for the two considered options
