Description of the implementation
Launched in 2011, the investment process related to the construction of the hotel in the center of Katowice, moved to the next step. After months of architectural consultations, procedures for obtaining the necessary permits and after clarification of the key elements of the image concept, preparation of the investment in the end could move full steam ahead. HCG assists the investor in all key procedures related to the implementation of this unusual hotel investment.
Upon receipt of the WZiZT decision and preparing the final version of the construction project for a building permit, it is time to develop the final determinants business model of the future hotel. The activities included:
- detailing the concept of the market,
- structuring services,
- estimates for the assumed activities,
- operational budgets update,
- preparation of documents needed to obtain financing,
- selection of the hotel name,
- cooperation with the agency responsible for the creation of visual identification.
