Description of the implementation
This is the next stage of work on the launched in May 2014 hotel investment in Skarbimierz, nearBrzeg, a village located in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK”. At the first stage of our cooperation with a group of investors on 05.26.2014 we were able to open the Atrium Hotel***. Our tasks in the first months of operation of the market are:
