HOTEL RENOVATION IS DIFFERENT THAN FLAT RENOVATION – ARTICLE BY THE HCG

Another article regarding our experience with the restructuring of the older buildings, which appears in the “Horeca” magazine.

Text by Mirosław Włosik and Michael Nowakowski aims to identify the fundamental differences in planning the renovation of a property such as a hotel, in comparison to the well-known to us all, the topic of refurbishment of our own place. The issue would seem trivial, but in our experience – it is not the case. We hope that this text will contribute to making the right decisions.
