Construction modifications in the existing building

As we mentioned before, one building has been on the territory of the Poziom 511 Design Hotel & Spa for a couple of years now. It was supposed to be converted into a hotel but the number of rooms was not sufficient to allow satisfactory return indexes in the near future.

Interestingly, it was one of the reasons why the Investor decided to contact us. After having visited the property, we decided that once the second storey is constructed, the back of the hotel should not be located in the old building. Since the two buildings are to form an integral whole, there is no need for two backs and the space may be arranged for something more interesting. The area is to house a private VIP SPA.
