Description of the implementation
Our tasks at this stage included, among others, recruitment and training of personnel, preparation and implementation of marketing activities, coordination of the process of equipping the facility, configuration and launch of all IT systems, automation, etc., as well as preparation and pre-sale of services. We paid particular attention to the personnel policy and sales issues, since in both these cases the developing and changing market sets increasingly higher demands and challenges.
