Description of the implementation
At the request of the Industrial Development Agency, the owner of, among others, two castle complexes with parks, we have completed the HR team audit team in Baranów Sandomierski. The analysis concerned the 3-star, restaurant and the museum which works within the castle. As a continuation of the audit and market analysis, a strategy for restructuring and development has been formed, together with the relevant budget forecasts and guidelines. The proposed program has been warmly received by the owner of the facility and handed over for execution.
