Jaworzno is a town of around 100 thousand inhabitants situated on the route between Cracow and Katowice. The town is characterized by rapid development of infrastructure and a significant expansion of new investment of both domestic and foreign origin. It goes without saying that investments stimulate business on local markets. In last ten years many new hospitality facilities appeared In Katowice and began to threaten the Brojan Hotel’s position and that is why its Owner decided that it was time for fundamental changes.
The above facts made the Owners address HCG and ask for assistance in general restructuring of the company as well as planning and performing renovation of the entire facility. Eventually, HCG managed the facility for 12 months and did their best to ensure maximum effectiveness and to develop procedures necessary for the future efficient operation of the hotel.
